C. David Martin became an agent with Charles H. Knight, Inc. in 1968 and was the longest active agent for the company. Later on, after working actively in Real Estate in the Upstate South Carolina area Martin and Charles Knight became business partners and formed Knight & Martin, Inc. This was to develop real estate and build homes in the upstate of South Carolina. They developed over thousands of acres of land in the upstate area and built many homes. Later on, David and his son Anthony purchased Charles H. Knight, LLC, that is still serving the upstate today.
