Anthony Martin is the Broker in Charge of Charles H. To say I was born into the business is an understatement. As soon as I could walk, my dad and papa made sure I was on a job site as a part of our building company, Martin Builders Inc. I know houses forwards, backwards, inside out, and to their bones. In addition to my construction experience, I obtained my real estate license in 2017 and completed an Associates’s Degree in Business. In 2021 I took real estate broker classes and obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license. C. David Martin became an agent with Charles H. Knight, Inc. in 1968 and was the longest active agent for the company. Later on, after working actively in Real Estate in the Upstate South Carolina area Martin and Charles Knight became business partners and formed Knight & Martin, Inc. This was to develop real estate and build homes in the upstate of South Carolina. They developed over thousands of acres of land in the upstate area and built many homes. Later on, David and his son Anthony purchased Charles H. Knight, LLC, that is still serving the upstate today.
